Meet The Team
Registered Dental Hygienist/Administration
Susan and her husband live in Tiffin. She graduated from Owens Community College in 1990 and has worked as a dental hygienist since then. Susan joined the team in 2014 as an expanded-function dental auxiliary capable of placing fillings and doing other advanced procedures for the dentist. She currently is a part-time dental hygienist and also performs administration services.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chelsey grew up in Findlay and graduated in 2007 from Van Buren High School. Chelsey is a 2010 graduate of Rhodes State College where she graduated from the dental hygiene program and received her dental hygiene license and local anesthesia license. She has been a hygienist at the practice since 2012. She and her husband currently reside in Van Buren along with their two daughters and 3 dogs.
Fun fact: Chelsey and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their two daughters.
Office Manager
Mekenna lives in Tiffin with her husband and two children. She joined the practice in 2019 eager to serve our patients. Mekenna enjoys spending time with her family and her “fur babies.”
Fun Fact: Guilty pleasures are fresh lemon slushes and playing animal crossing.
Receptionist/Administrator
Vicki resides in rural Kansas with her husband and 3 dogs. She has three grown children, a son in Powell, a daughter in Tiffin, and a daughter in Greenfield. She has been a part of the practice since 2014 and brought 13 years of dental experience with her.
Dental Assistant
Kirra is a born and raised Fostoria native. She completed her dental assisting program in 2021. She is happy to have joined the practice and be able to work in her hometown. Kirra lives in Fostoria with her 2 dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her younger brothers and family.
Fun Fact: She found out that she has a love for the ocean after going to Hawaii in 2022.
Receptionist
Amanda has been with the practice since April 2014. She is a graduate of the Northwest Ohio Dental Assistant Academy. She was born and raised in Findlay but currently resides in Fostoria with her daughter and cat.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michelle graduated from dental hygiene school in 2012 from Rhodes State. She lives in Tiffin with her husband, daughter, and two sons. She enjoys going on family vacations, shopping, and her two dogs.
Fun fact: She has been snorkeling with sea turtles and sharks in Belize.
Dental Assistant
Devon grew up in Bradner and graduated from Lakota High School in 2009. She then graduated from Brown Mackie College with an Associate of Applied Science in Surgical Technology in 2012. She joined our office in 2018. She currently resides in Risingsun with her husband and daughter. She has a passion for animals and rescues neglected and unwanted reptiles
Registered Dental Hygienist
When Erika was contemplating going into dental hygiene, she spent observation hours at the practice. She fell in love with the dental field and the environment of the office and decided to pursue dental hygiene. She is very grateful to be working as a hygienist at the very place that sparked her interest. In her free time, she likes to explore nature preserves, work out, go to the lake, spend time with her family and friends, try out new restaurants, and listen to music.
Fun Fact: Her favorite view of nature is being able to see the way the ocean meets a blue sky during the day.

Theresa graduated from Hopewell-Loudon and then went on to get her degree in Dental Hygiene at Owens Community College. She has a love for nature and spends a lot of her free time hiking, camping, gardening, and kayaking. She also spends her time volunteering as a 4-H advisor and playing trombone in the local 419 jazz band. The most important things to her are faith, family, and friends.
Fun Fact: Theresa has trained dogs in 4-H for ten years and was part of the first ever Seneca County drill team and freestyle routines. She and her dog are retired from their dog show days and enjoy road trips to their favorite fast food restaurants and kicking trails.
Insurance Coordinator
Olivia comes from a big family. She has 8 brothers and sisters. She has two dogs who love to go hiking with her when it’s nice out. Olivia enjoys spending time with her family and friends!
Fun Fact: Olivia is “boujee on a budget”! She loves anything that sparkles as well as dinosaurs!
